Postage and returns

We offer the following postage methods:

• Guaranteed Next Day Before 1pm - £12.99
• 24 Hours Tacked & Signed - £10.99
• 48 Hours Tracked & Signed - £7.99
• 3-5 Days Tracked - £5.99
• International Delivery Tracked & Signed - £15.99

We get to work with your order straight away, however in case you need to amend the address the quickest way is to email us. Sneaker Chain Co does not guarantee or hold responsibility for any delays caused by the couriers. Items will be considered lost 14 days after dispatch, if any delays are caused by the courier, we unfortunately will not send out a replacement in the meantime. All our postage methods offer tracked and signed for delivery.

Damaged Goods

Here at Sneaker Chain Co. we are committed in sending out the finest mini sneaker keychains after having gone through our rigorous industry standard quality checks. All mini sneaker keychains and orders are packaged securely, however in the unlikely event that they do arrive damaged, please send us photos of the items including the original packaging. Without photographic evidence we cannot send out replacement items.

Returns

Our products come with a 7 day cooling off period. You have 7 days after receiving your items to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them in and in their original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, we will always send out replacement products to fulfil the order providing evidence of the damage is shown.
